Data Protection: Any personal information given relating to your booking will be processed in accordance with the GDPR law which came into effect on 25^th May 2018. Any personal data provided will be held securely and only used in connection with your class booking and for emergency purposes only. I will not share your contact details.

Photography: Occasionally I may take photographs of your work to use to showcase your achievements on social media and my website, I will always seek permission for this prior to doing so. If taking photographs of your own work, please be respectful of others around you.

Payments:

All classes and workshops must be booked in advance and booked via the online booking site Bookwhen. Payment can be made at the time of booking by card on the booking site. If payment is not made at the time of booking, this is required on the 1st day of the month in which you have your session/s booked.  Please speak to me if you have any problems regarding payments.

Cancellation policy – cancellation and a full refund can be obtained up to 7 days prior to the class start date. After this time, if cancellation is received no refund will be given. If it is possible to fill the space from a waiting list for the session, a refund maybe possible but not guaranteed, not all sessions have a waiting list and it is not always possible to fill the session at short notice.

Tracey Gregory Glass reserves the right to cancel a class or workshop with notice should the class have low booking numbers and therefore not viable to run. A full refund will be given in such circumstance.

Health and Safety: Please wear closed toe shoes to the session and if you have long hair you may be required to tie back when using some of the equipment. You will be expected to follow advice regarding the safe handling of glass given by the tutor and follow instructions for the correct and safe use of all the materials and equipment available during the session.

Please note – you will NOT be permitted to participate in the session if you attend with incorrect footwear.

Firing your glass:  Your fired glass will be available for collection 7-21 days after the course at a prearranged time. I will contact you when your pieces are ready for collection. Your glass can also be posted to you by prior arrangement or collected at your next session if attending on a regular basis.

Your glass pieces will only be handled by myself, however, firing is not risk free, there is always a small risk of technical/power failure when the kilns are running, for which I cannot be responsible for.

Only glass pieces created during your class will be fired, I cannot accept work which has been made at home and brought to the sessions for firing. The classes are a place to create, learn and improve your knowledge and skills.  If you wish to make projects at home in addition to your class, please see details of my Kiln Firing Service available.

Studio Etiquette: Please try to arrive to the class on time, all of the classes will have a practical demonstration at the beginning of the session, this will start on time for the consideration of all the students. You will be expected to follow health and safety guidelines at all times.

Please keep a tidy and safe workspace, you will be expected to regularly sweep your work area when cutting glass. Please allow enough time at the end of your session to pack away materials and tools and clean your work area.

Please report any broken equipment.

Please show mutual respect and tolerance to others, the studio is a place to be creative and supportive.
